Tampoprint

Our plant uses specialized equipment for applying print by means of pad printing (single and multi-colour). Printing is applied on the plastic moldings made of ABS, PS, PP, POM and PET. Paints used in our plant are fixed with a chemical method; colour is matched as per the needs of the customer. Printing can be applied on both flat as well as more complex geometric shapes.

Thermal print

Thermal printing is a technique involving fixing by means of heat the decorative element into the material that enhances the aesthetic value of the components. In the process of hot stamping a matrix or carrier is heated to a high temperature which activates the adhesive located on the film allowing transfer of a pattern.

MACHINERY– PRINTING

Our prints are made by means of tampon printing machine with closed ductors. This type of solution guarantees the repeatability of the process, regardless of ambient conditions, and thus maintains the quality parameters.

For the application of thermoprint we use two types of machines – rotary type (used to cover the decorative panels) and a cylindrical type (used for other elements of different shapes).
